Helen Croydon is a best-selling author, journalist and broadcaster, with a focus on social trends, modern relationships, gender equality and health and fitness.
As a journalist she’s written for national newspapers including The Telegraph, The Times, The Sunday Times, The Mirror, Metro, The Mail and magazines such as Cosmo, Psychologies, Best, Outdoor Fitness.
As a broadcaster you may have seen her reviewing the papers on Sky News or the BBC News Channel or debating topical issues on This Morning, Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, Newsnight, Five News, Woman’s Hour and more.
She’s busy behind the camera too, as a regular freelance producer at ITV News and ITV London News.
As an author, she’s best known for the 2011 best-seller Sugar Daddy Diaries – a dating memoir from younger, wilder days! Her next one is far more wholesome. Look out for This Girl Ran is out in February 2018.
As a media trainer she is founding partner of Nine Media, specialising in coaching PRs, comms teams and entrepreneurs in pitching to the press and giving great interviews.
They’re the day jobs. Outside of journalism she’s a Team GB age-group triathlete (just don’t ask which age group!) and is passionate about everything endurance sport.
